I got the new mopar super tans pan gasket the other week to stop the
neverending puddle down the drive way of precious trans fluids. stopped for
a while, or should i say slowed. I got under ther to check again and the pan
isn't leaking , now it appears it is coming from the kickdown shaft. Is
there a special seal ther i can get locally(I.e. the same one used on newer
727s) or is this a special 62-65 seal? Where can i get one? How easy is it
to replace, does it involve just dropping the valve body and slapping on in?
I checked out the rebuild step by step sites and found no real proceedure or
photos to cover this particular seal. Any help would be much appreciated...
