That is what I planned on doing if I deal with this guy.  Don't really car if they are out of the US as long as I get the money.  I think I will ask for a wire transfer.  See what happens.

  1. Won't sell to anyone outside the US

  2. Will wait until the Cashier's Check/Certified Check has cleared my bank 
  to ensure it is legitimate

  3. Will keep any amount of the Cashier's Check over the purchase price of 
  the motor -- instead of refunding it to you.
