Hey,
I'll also vote for Rust Encapsulator. It is UV resistant, and now that they have it in black, even better. Prep is easy, it stores well...I've had great luck with it.

Does anyone have past experience with POR 15 or Eastwood Rust Encapsulator. I have removed the front fenders and stripped the inner fender and unibody of the undercoatings (RustyJones). Then I sandblasted the rusty areas. I get various opinions from the locals and they are all different, some of which sound like old wives tales.
