back in 1973 I worked at a texaco station in Omaha. Gas went from something like .30 a gal. to .40. I was on the front page of the major paper here for an article about that. People were quoted as saying "there was NO WAY they were paying THAT much for gas! I'll walk first.I laughed then,and I'm laughing now.I'm not rich by any means,I've just waited to long to let something like  gas prices stop me. People will pay,period.Nuff said?
Last time I drove my Dodge on the highway for a big cruise here,I got maybe 10 mpg. Engine has been improved since,so it will go down some,but I don't care. Most women don't get it when it comes to our cars,and this includes all brands. Driving mine is the closest thing to sex you can come to. It's such a rush,and,you can do it for hours on end...and not need to nap when you park it...then go out 20 min. later and start all over again.

gasoline has jumped 22 cents a gallon here in Pennsylvania in the last week 
alone. It has gone from $1.69 to $1.91.

What the heck is going on?
