Makes one think, Is harold getting reinvigorrated to make the headers again 
because he feels bad about shorting people in the past , or has he noticed 
that another manufacturer has taken up the cause and is about to render him 
moot. Is this a last ditch effort to keep his dwindeling market share 
alive??
