I'm not going to argue.They weren't available in a '63 body!!!If you 
have FACTS to prove your point,do it.The dealer Race Hemi bulletins 
didn't come out March/April '64 The factory racer's didn't get them til 
early/mid '64.How could Joe Blow get them any sooner??? Chrysler 
UNVEILED the Hemi just prior to the '63 Winternats.The race teams were 
just starting to use the Stage III Maxie at the beginning of the '64 
race season.Further,the earliest Hemi car known to exist    (Bud 
Faubel's car) has a build date of 5/23/64.While the casting dates of the 
blocks etc. may have been in '63 they were not available in '63.
