The Polara is a separate model.  In 62 the 330's and 440's were "Darts".
For 62 the only Polara model that was offered was the 500.  This was the
"bucket seat car" created to compete with the Chevy super sports and Ford
Galaxie XL's.  In 63 and 64 there was a Polara (bench seat) and a Polara 500
(bucket seat) model available.
