The Mopar Chassis book tells what mods you need to do. If you dont have mounts already, Schumacher makes a good set of conversion mounts/towers that will just bolt right in. Exhaust manifolds, You will need spitfires or 64-66 V-8 manifolds. Not sure if the oil pan is different or not. I do know it is a center sump pan. You will need to be careful with intake and hood clearance. An LD4B or LD340 is 1 1/2 to 2 " taller than the stock 4bbl manifold that came on these years.
