   I dont know about average price but I can tell you that I paid 95.00 to 
get my mains align bored on my 400 in August of last year.  The boring does not 
affect the tension of the timing chain. The difference is made up in the 
bearings (oversized) so the centerline of your crank is always in the same spot.
