Which means to me pressure is being applied to the master cylinder piston. The other senario is just let the car "cool" and the brakes release themselves with more brake travel now being available until the "build up" starts over again. ----- Original Message ----- From: Lee Sumpter To: 1962to1965mopars@xxxxxxxxxx<mailto:1962to1965mopars@xxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sunday, April 11, 2004 1:45 PM Subject: Re: Brake Problem 1962 Chrysler =========================================================== Bounces like rubber! Also check the hoses. I had a problem on a 62 Dodge where the original brake hose had swelled up inside and did not want to let the brakes release. Moving the master cylinder away from the vacuum boost drum releases the brakes. I have adjusted the boost plunger for more travel but the condition still persists. Will attempt another adjustment. What should be done, replace the booster? Where does one find one?
