You would need to buy heads, intake, carbs, linkage, exhaust manifolds, 
pistons, cam, you would need to have block machined for valve releifs, this would 
be added to a complete overhaul of bottom end of exsisting block.  Then there 
would be little things like air breathers, new distributor and wires.  A rough 
guess, $10.000, and you still would not have the heavier duty 413 MW block
