'64 is the last year for pushbuttons on the dash, but the '65 cars use the
same 2-cable design to shift the transmission. The only difference between a
'64 and '65 transmission is the tailshaft and the spring on the gear select
detent ('64 is softer for pushbuttons, '65 is harder for a shift lever).
