Re: [59plymouth] Carb ID

That's funny.
I posted this entire engine for free on this site about 4 months ago and never got a single email.
It's from a 59 SF in CO, I won it on Ebay for peanuts a year ago but it was really getting in the way.
I figured someone here could use it.  I just couldn't junk it, not a mopar.
I'm stroking the engine now with the help of Gary P. who I know from another Mopar site.
Maybe I should have posted here instead of the classifieds on the site.
If I don't use it, I'll post it here.
While I'm here, any fitment issues with putting this on a 62 dart's poly?
I know the crank's different but the intake should be fine, right?
I only own 64's and 65's and soon a '66.
Thanks everyone.

Hello Tom,
If you choose not to re-build the 2812S, I would suggest you put it on Ebay or offer it for sale on this List.

Can anyone help me to ID a Carter AFB I just pulled off my poly.
It has casting marks AC9 2812S on the front right footing.
I'm wondering what size the thing is (CFM), possible rebuild and reuse.
If it's not too much trouble too, the intake as well.
Factory (I believe) 4BBL p/n 1853229.

Thanks everyone.
