Great news indeed Jerry!  I'm taking the liberty of posting your comments to the list, and to the forum.

I did, and I'm very happy with mine.

 

I've also had luck getting a thermostat from NAPA (for my 318).  I'm forgetting if you have the Golden Commando or the V-800 (318cid), but NAPA's a good bet.
