Hello 300’ly to all! Summer is going fast and before you know it we will be in September! Just a reminder that there are 3 important dates in September regarding the Fall Meet in Bartlesville, OK. September 1st is the cut off date for host hotel reservations to be made enjoying the club room rate. September 15th is the latest date for meet registration. September 30th when we arrive in Bartlesville to get the meet rolling! However there is an option for you to come 2 days early and tour around in the Tulsa/ Bartlesville area and pay the club rate! Marnie and I are very excited to host another meet in Oklahoma! We will also be conducting the 20 th anniversary edition of Letter Car Jeopardy! Also, Kelly LeBlanc is planning a special venue for 300 Ladies who do not relish kicking tires in the parking lot! So stay tuned for further updates of neat things planned for this meet! The Club website has the meet agenda and PDF link to register. The sign up pdf is also attached below for your convenience. The NewsFlite will be mailed soon with registration form also!
