these are 3 D printed they are a soft durometer , best match we can do ,,and pretty good .We all know this problem .

Big thank  you on this end to Jim Marino and Nick for working this out   
Use old screw , hole is blind tapped, screw matches  
Note R snd L are different , comes as bag of two .
