Look in the service manual. I'm pretty sure there is also an adjustment at the parking brake pedal inside the car.

I am still having trouble with my parking brake after replacing the shoes and adjusting it. I have tightened it up as tight as the star wheel will go, and it still shows no sign of holding. The peddle pushes down all the way and is connected, but it seems to not be expanding the shoes in the drum. I am thinking maybe it is the cable, and maybe I should get that replaced.
