{Chrysler 300} 1962 Steering Wheel Centering

I rebuilt the steering box in my 1962
(NY Wagon, not 300, sorry - but it has the 300H 413 setup now).

It’s all installed and good.
The alignment is fine.
Yet the steering wheel is off center.

I cannot recall what sleeve, on what front suspension part, I can:
- Loosen the bolts on
- Grab with pliers
- Twist one way or the other….
And that allows the steering wheel to be rotated one way or the other??

Thanks
Matt Allyn
