{Chrysler 300} Best oil for '61 413

Just got back north for the spring/summer/fall and want to change the oil in my G.  However time has a hold on me and I can't recall what oil viscosity to use (normal outside temp I run is 55-90 degrees), and regular or synthetic.

 

I promise to write it down this time!....thanks...John
