I would remove the grease seal and inspect the bearing for wear. Do the cone-shaped bearings display wear spots ? If you are doing a full brake job, you may want to replace the inner and outer bearings and races. Also clean the backing plate, since it appears to have a lot of muck on it. And buy fresh wheel cylinders. Not kits. Another thing: Your center support seems to have two holes redrilled. What is going on there ?

Subject: {Chrysler 300} Front bearing race
Hi guys and gals,
I’ve decided to tackle a complete service brake system replacement. Got the drum off the front passenger side and discovered this race. It wiggles inside the hub. Wondering if this is normal. Bearings look pretty new.
Pads and backing plate was soaked with brake fluid.
Thanks for the help
