{Chrysler 300} 1962 300 - Sun Visor Tips

This may be a really dumb question…..

But what the hell….

The Sun Visor Tips that pop into the center plastic holder…..

What if the tips are not long enough to reach into the center holder?

Nervous to grab onto the hard plastic Tips & twist them OUTward in order to make them reach the center holder.

I know that Quirey sells new Tips.

Helpful hints?
