It can be swapped to the other transmission. You would want to make sure it's clean in case your current trans has junk going through it. 

Did you find a shop to help you? Are you going after that trans in Sacramento?

It will bolt up, but the floor shifter won't work right. I had a 64 convertible once that had the wrong valve body and I had to fiddle with the shifter to get in forward and reverse and park wouldn't work.

2464424 is for various 1964 361 or 383 engines with pushbutton shifters. The console cars use a different valve body, which is actually the same as all the 1965 column shift 727s.

The 1964 413 4-bbl console shift transmission is listed as 2464734.

The 1964 413 ram console shift transmission is listed as 2464735.

I'm missing the original trans from my 1964 ram K.
