You are missing a number on the part number. All Chrysler part numbers are 7 digit. 1823593 is a 56 unit according to George Riehl's trans ID notes.

  I have a complete A466 that landed from Murray B Park a few years ago, turbine to tail. According to information it had been taken from a Chrysler New Yorker. Now I have started cleaning it and wanted to check the casting number/part number. True to my habit of identifying my transmissions, I am having a hard time finding a match in my parts catalog. Maybe I will be lucky to get some help here... Cast no 1736413-15  4'30.58. Stamped no. 823593 S  986804. This is my third cast 58 tranny. Both 300ht & conv tranny were difficult to identify.. so I am throwing out a question here on this one.
