Larry,

   I have an extra box that was rebuilt few months ago by shop in Los Vegas.  

It's a coaxial box with the worm and and worm gear and at 90° helical gear and rack.

If you're interested I can take some photos along with casting numbers.

My understanding was the coaxial design was for 1956 & 1957 chryslers and they went to single stage worm and worm gear design.
