Very sad news to hear of Greg's passing. I echo Bob's, J-Y's, Pete's and others' tributes to Greg, always sharing his wonderful stories and wealth of knowledge at our Meets as well as by phone when we'd call him with a question or just to say Hello. We'd always leave our conversation with a heartfelt smile. I recall when Greg offered up his 30+ large 4'x8' boards - each a template for a specifically optioned Letter Car - from which he fabricated his custom wiring harnesses for our cars. Greg had also run low on several specific OEM connectors he used for these wiring looms, and had unsuccessfully sourced new supplies. Receiving no takers, these template boards all ended up in a dumpster.

Gregg was one of the nicest people it has been our plesure to know.  We thoroughtly enjoyed the times we spent with Gregg and Sue at meets, and will miss him sorely.  He was also a great benefactor for the club, producing his wiring harnesses and acting as a judge in the concours judging.  Our condolences go to Sue, and to the club in general.

Gregg was a super guy, dedicated to the 300 preservation cause, always willing to share his experience and knowledge to anyone about the letter cars he drove or had in the past. I witnessed him talking for hours with a new member at a meet a few years ago, sharing all he knew about letter cars into the late evening...I could see how someone who has limited experience with letter cars could benefit from a long discussion with Gregg. If you had a wiring question, Gregg was the go to guy to get the correct answer. He helped me a lot with my wiring question, that's for sure!

We will miss seeing and talking to him.

I am sorry to say Greg passed away last Friday.

A long time member of the club, Greg had expertise

not only in Letter Cars but also the 1957 era Dodge.

He also manufactured wiring harnesses for our cars.

He was the kind of person you could spend

hours talking and laughing with, and many of us did.

I am glad to have known him.
