Yes, the pipes are 1/4" larger on the ram 300K

360HP has 2.25 inch front pipe and 2 inch tail pipe

390HP has 2.5 inch front pipe and 2.25 inch tail pipe.

On my latest ram K you can see where they adapted the 360 hp exhaust to the ram exhaust system.
