usually just low fluid , you have a slow leak usually at one of cylinders . been there on dodge dart , common failure end of life on cylinder seals lets fluid out . there is a fill place on motor pump . find out what is in there before adding . sometimes brake fluid sometimes an oil .See hydroelectic l convert top parts site for more info on that . strikes me if all new parts silicone brake fluid should be good .
