It is my understanding that…

Technically under Federal Consumer Law and Oregon State Consumer Law a business must provide one with an expected delivery date if they take money for a product. If they fail to ship by that date, they also by law must offer you a full refund.

I’m 3 years on my 58 Belvedere door panels, all I keep getting is will be ins. Couple months, and won’t answer if I try and cancel the order.

At least they only take half down now! I paid in full 3 years ago.
