Nick-
I put a 1971 727 (has part throttle downshift) in a 61 Plymouth, I used Imperial's push button kit to convert the 727 to push buttons and a M&M shift cable and rod to actuate the valve body. I used a gear vendors overdrive behind it, and we had a driveshaft made, not hard at all to do.

Subject: {Chrysler 300} Drive shaft for 300J or 300K using 1965 slip yoke transmission.--Anyone put a 1965 transmission into a 1963 or 1964? If so, did you have to have a custom driveshaft made? I see that the 1965 car has a two inch longer wheelbase so I'd assume that affects the driveshaft. Thanks, Nick
