Isn’t that a steel condenser? Can’t be fixed? Classic Auto Air builds condensers for its old car HVAC systems, you should be able to buy one, may not look right but it should do the job. Danny Plotkin From: 'James Douglas' via Chrysler 300 Club International [mailto:chrysler-300-club-international@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Hi All, I drove south of San Francisco to shop that has the tools and knowhow to deal with the old A/C on my car. The evacuated it and put a charge in it and it blew cold air. That is the good news. The bad news is that the condenser has a pin hole leak. Also, the coil on the magnetic clutch started to smoke some. So, I need a new clutch even though I rebuilt mine and the Ohm values showed it as good and within spec. The big deal is where to find a place that can build a new condenser that will fit into the 300K. Anyone out there had a custom condenser built in the last couple of years?
