The pan bolt pattern is the same for all 727 transmissions. You can get a fiber type filter for the early unit with two holes for the front and rear pump.

Hi again. Is it possible to run a later transmission filter and pan on my 1962 transmission?  I have a serious pan leak that I haven't got to seal up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks. Bill Grieve.
