This is somewhat old news, so you'll need to verify it, as it has been 5+ years since my last experience.

Just one man's opinion, but look up LKQ (or ELKQ) I can't remember which. They have warehouses all over the country distributing body parts for all makes and models. A little known fact is that they run a rechroming service out of the midwest. If you find a local LKQ warehouse site near you, you can take your bumpers to them and they will ship them on one of their trucks to their midwestern facility, do a really nice job rechroming them, and ship them back so you can pick them up at the same warehouse. I had them do my 57 and 61 bumpers and they look fine to me. Relatively reasonable prices and 'lifetime' guarantee, too.
