Hi Gary – Something don’t look right on your 59 support plate. I have a January, 1959, Torqueflite and a March, 1959, Powerflite in my garage. Both have support plates similar to your 1957 setup. Ron From: chrysler-300-club-international@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx On Behalf Of Gary Gettleman To All in wonderful letter car land. The photo shows the were and how the E Brake cable is inserted in and retained in place for what we believe would be the E Brake set up for 1959 torqueflight. I will send a photo under separate cover of the E Brake Cable installation feature taken from the believed to be 1957 torqueflight ( casting #1736377) that we pulled out of the car. The cable is 65.5" long and the length that would thread in to the C E Brake is 10", and for the 1959 E Brake it's too long. Willl appreciate all and any comments, suggestions and guidance on this issue. Thanking All in.Wonderful Letter Car Land for your previous help and for the forthcoming matter. gary gettleman The Export to Switzerland C Conv -- For archives go to http://www.forwardlook.net/300-archive/search.htm#querylang --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Chrysler 300 Club International" group.
