I was able to purchase a tiny & bent tool that help get into the parking brake drum to adjust the wheel.
I reckon a flat blade screwdriver will do the trick as well.
Yell if you would like me to send you a picture of the little tool.
Unfortunately the gent who sold them has passed away.
