Are you sure the flex hose you’re searching for is 3.25”-3.5”?  

Two years ago when I was replacing the deteriorated flex hosing in my F to the dash a/c ducts, I sourced 2.25” A/C/Heater duct hose that worked like a charm. Sourced from H&H Classic Parts for Chevrolets - part #4351. 

Google H&H Classics - current price is $26.96 -only 2 left!
