Kanter sells full kits I think as perhaps Burnbaum may also. I do not know if Imperial used the same parts as Chrysler (300-NY-Newport) but attached is my recent list for the brake work on my 300K. I got most
of it from NAPA, Dorman part numbers., James. From: chrysler-300-club-international@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx <chrysler-300-club-international@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
On Behalf Of Kurt Brueske Dear Club Members - I'm would appreciate any/all recommendations on good brake part suppliers for our beloved Letter Cars including period Imperials. I've had generally good experiences with Rock Auto (good parts, reasonable prices, excellent communication/order
completion/prompt shipping), and I see that they offer individual components and hardware kits - ideally, I'd like to go to a single provider to support a general overhaul. I recently purchased a '64 Imperial Crown Coupe and it is a wonderful driver (after
about 6 months of sorting); however, anything requiring a moderate-effort stop gets downright scary...pulsing, a bit of pull, and some time-to-time variability. Car sat for 20+ years before recommissioning. Thanks in advance - have a great weekend!
