Rob,
Unless you’re on a tight budget, keep the original wheel cylinders, have them brass sleaved, and put new seals in them. They will never rust again.

Subject: {Chrysler 300} Where to Find Brake Parts?
Hi all:
Where is the best place to find a full set of brake shoes and wheel cylinders for a '62 300 sport?
I see shoes for all and cylinders for the front on Rock Auto.
Recommendations Appreciated!
