{Chrysler 300} ATT'N 4 speed men!!

Just today ai ran across this part that has been bouncing around in my stash now for decades.

Parts book says it fits 63-64 Plymouth and Dodge but Chrysler is also in the mix.

Am wondering if this may be for 64 and or 65 Chrysler 4 speeds such as late Roland Westras L convert.

Would sure like to find a good home for it if anyone can recognize it.
