Yes, service bulletin October 7, 1964.
John Holst has it here

Says Firepower 390 engine tire size is 8.50 x 14.

The 300K base rear springs have a 6 leaf 115 pound rate while the 300K ram 7 leaf have a 125 pound rate.
The torsion bars on the 300K base are 0.99 inch while the 300K ram are 1.01 inch.
I have been trying to find a set of 1.01 bars for my 300K without any luck.
I do have a set of 300K base 6 leaf rear springs that I will most likely toss out. They are shot. That said if someone is doing a concourse restoration and wants correct springs, they can have them Eaton can always rebuild them, although at a higher cost than having them make new ones.
New springs function just fine but they do not look like the original springs.

Subject: {Chrysler 300} Another Ram 300K question, leaf springs
Are the ram 300K leaf springs different than a regular 300K?
My new ram 300K has 8 leafs in the rear springs but of course the guy is going to try and use them in his 1960 Dodge. The ones in his Dodge only have four leaves.
He's also taking the torsion bars.
Thanks, Nick
