On this thread, related, I have a new, unused camshaft for my 1960 300F. Backstory: the prior owner had the engine rebuilt by a professional and it never been started or completed in the car. I disassembled enough to confirm. The prior owner (nephew of original purchaser) told me it had a “high performance” cam installed as a part of the rebuild. I did not want that, and so I purchased a cam that I knew to be correct. As I replaced it, I set up dial indicators and a makeshift cam wheel to see if the “high performance” cam was in fact a stock cam. As best I can tell, it is. As a result I ended up with two unused “stock” cams. If someone would like my extra cam it’s yours for half of whatever I paid for the replacement unit plus shipping. Let me know if interested and I will photograph and send as many details as I can. Tom Sent from my iPhone On Apr 25, 2024, at 1:34 PM, ridgleyracing65 <ridgleyracing65@xxxxxxxxx> wrote:
