{Chrysler 300} Seat Belt Covers '64

Mt wife and others have a hard time fishing for the seat belts in the ’64. The Master Parts Book shows different part numbers for bucket seats versus bench seats. The 1965 MPB does as well.

 

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between these? I found some ’65 units on eBay but they are for a bench seat. I really need a set.  Thanks, James.
