{Chrysler 300} Seat

Hi All, I have a question regarding 300F front seats. The cardboard pieces that mount to the seat frame I ordered from Quirey. They sent me 4 pieces ( see pictures). Two pieces went on ok, but other two are a mystery. Dave at Quirey wasn’t sure either but thinks they may not be for a 300F. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks, Kim.
