{Chrysler 300} 1962 Steering Box & Cables

Are any of the following supposed to be routed in between the Steering Box and the Frame…?

- Shifter Cable

- Parking Brake Cable

- Speedometer Cable

Or are all cables routed behind the Steering Box? 

(If I even make sense; ha)
