{Chrysler 300} DOT 3, 4, 4 LMA, 5 or 5.1 Brake Fluid

I've read some of the posts on brake fluid on this listserver, done online research and talked to a number of people over the years about brake fluid.
My ongoing 60 300-F restoration has ALL new brake parts (master, cylinder, lines, hoses, etc.) so don't have to worry about flushing. Getting time for me to make a decision.
To me it boils down to (pun intended) to DOT 4 LMA or DOT 5. I don't think our old Chryslers really need to worry about boiling temps so its more about moisture accumulation, compatibility with rubber parts and perhaps compressibility.
So... curious what everyone is using (including brands if so inclined) and general thoughts.
