Micke, Have a look at the attached ’61 Chrysler wiring diagram. Note the wire gauge is indicated in the table between the circuit and the wire color. Yes, this particular one has partly burnt up its insulation but fortunately did not affect its neighbors in the tangle of cables. Is there a diagram detailing which gauges to what on our 300? Not that I need to as I'm a trained electrician...although could be interesting for many renovators. Wiring diagram color-coded cables are all easy to find, mine are also neatly framed and hang on the wall, but gauge per cable would be a nice complement & of course beautifully framed on the wall aswell.
