{Chrysler 300} door felt strips 63-64

Can anyone tell me if the door outer felts can be changed just by loosening the wing window attachments bolts? Or does one have to pull the entire assembly and the main door window?

 

I managed to get the rear quarter felts in without having to pull the quarter windows. I am hoping that the same can be done on the door felts.
