Before putting everything back together, I’d like to get all my ancillary locks to match. That being the trunk, glove box and console locks. Can anyone recommend a locksmith who is familiar (and successful) with the console/glove box configuration with the pressed on chrome ferrule on these locks? This is to open up either lock and get a key made to match the original key code. Are original codes available to search by VIN? Just asking, I think I know the answer! I bought a new trunk lock, and would like to get it matched to the existing interior locks, both of which I hope match each other! Neither work with the trunk key I now have.
