Mark - If you look at the attached photo, this is what you are dealing with. That tiny tab retains the brass connector in the plastic surround piece. So your mission is to go to Harbor Freight or local hardware store and buy a set of super tiny screwdrivers. The ones I have here from HF have the Pittsburgh brand on them. Then use the screwdriver with the smallest point and press the tab in until the brass connector releases. Hint: I wear a bright camper's headlight while doing this work, so I can see inside.
