I see ads like this on eBay far too often.  A 122" wheelbase car like a 61 or 62 Newport might work from a 62 Dodge 880 or a 60 Plymouth, but once you get to 62 Dodges and Plymouths, I would think not.

I think the safest thing to do would be to ask exactly what car it came from, if that info is available.
