I just bought some for the rear of my 300L from Seat Belt Planet. I haven't gotten them yet, expected delivery is Saturday, 2 weeks ahead of their ETA. I'm not sure where they source material, but at least they are assembled in the USA.

All the vendors seem to sell the same chrome buckle.
